Even though we close before the city's Trick-or-Treat hours, any child that stops by the library in costume will get a treat bag!

As a reminder: The city's Trick-or-Treat hours are on Halloween from 5:30-7:30pm!



Hearing Screenings:

The Ear, Nose, and Throat Clinic will offer hearing screenings with Audiologist Beth Wallace at the Oglesby Public Library on Thursday, November 20th from 10:30-11:30am. No fee is required. You can call the library to sign-up, but walk-ins are welcome.


Lapsit is on Wednesdays at 10am for children 0 to 3 years old!

Come see Miss Sue for story time, songs, and crafts!



Know a teen who needs service hours for graduation? The Oglesby Library is a great place to volunteer! We gladly take students whenever they are available, either after school or on weekends! Stop by or give us a call for more

Oglesby Public Library is proud to serve the people of Oglesby.  Open six days a week, the following items are available for checkout:  books, magazines, DVDs, books on tape and CD, music CDs and VHS tapes.

The library also offers free internet and wireless internet access.  We also make copies and fax (for a small fee).
